Exhibit Dates: Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17, 2019; Full day.

: Exhibitors are encouraged to arrange their accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn.  Conference room rates will apply. Click here for more details.

Exhibitor Fees: $300.00 (2 day rate); $200.00 (1 day rate)*

Exhibitor fees include:

  • Exhibit space: 6 ft. table with skirting, 1 or 2 chairs and access to electrical outlets.
  • Wireless Internet: Access is free in the main exhibit space.  Please note that the exhibit area is in a public space and that equipment and materials of value should be secured when not attended.
  • Registration: Conference registration for one person with included meals.
  • Advertising: 1/2 page ad in conference program and logo/listing on conference website.
  • Storage: Materials may be shipped to the hotel in advance but should not arrive more than 3 days before your exhibit date.

Program Advertisements:

  • A half-page page black & white ad in print program and an ad on conference website may be purchased for $150.00.
  • A one-third page black & white ad in print program and an ad on conference website may be purchased for $100.00.

Sponsorships: If you’d like to provide additional conference support, the following sponsorship opportunities are available.

All Attendee Reception Sponsor

  • The 2019 Northwest Archivists reception will be held at the Gallatin History Museum in historic downtown Bozeman. The all-attendee reception is an opportunity to connect with archivists and other cultural heritage professionals from around the region. The Reception Sponsor will be recognized at the reception and will be recognized prominently in the final pro-gram and on the Annual Meeting website. This optional sponsorship is in addition to the standard exhibitor fee.

Conference Co-Sponsor

  • Sponsor - Conference co-sponsors provide a higher level of support for the conference and will be recognized in several ways. Co-sponsors will be given podium time during the conference’s plenary session and will also be recognized prominently in the final program and on the conference Web site. This optional sponsorship is in addition to the standard exhibitor fee.
