Accommodations: Exhibitors are encouraged to arrange their accommodations at the Historic Davenport. Conference room rates will apply.

Hotel(s) offering your special group rate: 179 USD - 189 USD per night, plus 10 USD destination fee*
Reserve your room at the conference rate
*The Davenport has increased their destination fee from $10 to $20 since we reserved the conference room block. While they are honoring our original price, due to a website glitch you will see the increased fee when you go to check out online. Please be assured when you check in, your bill will reflect the $10 a night destination fee. For additional information, see this letter from the hotel.
Exhibitor Fees: $150.00 for in-person. $75 for remote.
The exhibition tables will be set up in the Hall of Doges (pictured below), which all attendees must pass through to get to the conference sessions. This prime location ensures great visibility and engagement with conference attendees.
In-Person Exhibitor fees include:
- Exhibit space: 8 ft. table with skirting and 1 or 2 chairs.
- Wireless Internet: Access is free in the main exhibit space.
- Registration: Conference registration for one person.
- Storage: Materials may be shipped to the hotel in advance but should not arrive more than 3 days before your exhibit date.
- Please note that the exhibit area is in a public space and that equipment and materials of value should be secured when not attended. Please reach out if you need access to an electrical outlet.
Remote Exhibitor fees include
- A 4 foot section of a table to display materials that we will set up on your behalf.
- Storage: Materials may be shipped to the hotel in advance but should not arrive prior to May 6th.
- Return postage required if necessary, otherwise remaining materials will be disposed of.
Program Advertisements:
- A full-page black & white ad in print program and an ad on conference website may be purchased for $150.00.
- A one-half page black & white ad in print program and an ad on conference website may be purchased for $100.00.
NOTE: You do not have to attend the conference to purchase an advertisement. Deadline: TBD. Contact Dana Bronson for advertisement specifications.
