This is going to be great . I personally satrted my own program last year, working into it from the year before. I lost 30 pounds, but put on 3 the past 2-3 months so the timing for this program is great, for me.I know Dave can loose 25 pounds, easy. Several things I found that are important, are Sleep, getting enough sleep helps level out stress levels, gives your body the time to recover from everything it does during the day, and if you get your metabolism working correctly you burn fat during sleep .. The next important point I found, and knew before, but didn't really think about it, is: Alcohol, adds fat like crazy So when everyone is in the mood to lift a glass, drink sparkling water with lemon. It's great And sugar, everyone knows how sugar is addicting . Once you stop eating it, the craving goes away. I now crave carrots . Love the crunch. Well that's it for now. I just want to wish everyone A healthy and New Year. It is worth the work. Believe me, I know. After a while it is no longer work, just a way of life.Ter

I had never heard of snowmen at night till I saw you post about it. Then I wakeld into my library's book sale a few days later and it was one of two books displayed on their checkout table right inside the door. It quickly was added to the pile (after I looked through it) as a gift for my nephew. It even looks brand new, which was a criteria of mine unless it was an older classic book. Thanks for posting about it otherwise I may have not looked twice when I saw it.

    - Holli, this is such a great prize .I would love love love to win the Lensbaby Pro. I fell in love with it, but I had to get a reflector iaenstd .make the more grown up choice in things we needed. Haha. A Holli-day tradition in our lives is to play video games in bed and eat nachos and drink egg nog in our Jammies .the day after Christmas. Last year we played Mario games. Every 10 year old's life dream .
