2023 Northwest Archivists Annual Conference

Registration

• All Attendee Reception Sponsor – $750.00
  The 2023 Northwest Archivists reception will
  be held at Archive Coffee + Bar in downtown Salem, OR on May 3 from 6-8pm. The allattendee
  reception is an opportunity to connect with archivists and other cultural
  heritage professionals from around the region. The Reception Sponsor will be
  recognized at the reception and will be recognized prominently in the final program
  and on the Annual Meeting website. This optional sponsorship is in addition
  to the standard exhibitor fee.
• Break Sponsor – $250.00
  Four opportunities are available, one during the pre-conference
  workshop and three during the conference. This optional sponsorship is in addition
  to the standard exhibitor fee.
• Conference Co-Sponsor – $350.00
  Conference co-sponsors provide a higher level of
  support for the conference and will be recognized in several ways. Co-sponsors
  will be given podium time during the conference’s plenary session and will also
  be recognized prominently in the final program and on the conference Web site.
  This optional sponsorship is in addition to the standard exhibitor fee.
• Conference Major Co-Sponsor – $550.00
  Full page ad/logo in the program
  Small logo/listing on conference website
• Exhibitor 1-Day – $200.00
  Exhibitor fees include:
  • One conference registration with included meals.
  • Hotel table in exhibition area. 6 ft. table with skirting, one or two chairs and access to
  electrical outlets.
  • Wireless Internet: Access is free in the main exhibit space.
  • Advertising: 1/2 page ad in conference program and logo/listing on conference website.
  NOTE: Materials may be shipped to the hotel in advance but should not arrive more than 3
  days before your exhibit date.
• Exhibitor 2-Day – $300.00
  Exhibitor fees include:
  • One conference registration with included meals.
  • Hotel table in exhibition area. 6 ft. table with skirting, one or two chairs and access to
  electrical outlets.
  • Wireless Internet: Access is free in the main exhibit space.
  • Advertising: 1/2 page ad in conference program and logo/listing on conference website.
